Job Responsibilities:  

• To work closely with internal merchandising teams, forwarders, factories and transportation companies
• To prepare invoice, packing list, I/E documentation, cargo booking, data input with customer’s shipment system… etc
• To monitor on-time deliveries to customers.
• Inventory control including pick & pack, distribution with internal and external parties,quarterly stock take.
• Assist Accounts department with data entry
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by Management/Supervisor

 Job Requirements

• Form 5 standard or above
• At least 3 years relevant experience, electronic trading/small company is an advantage
• Good experience in overseas/local transportation arrangement, DG cargo is an added advantage
• With bookkeeping knowledge
• Proficient in Microsoft applications (MS Office Application) and hands-on experience on ERP system
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
• A good team player (Initiative, independent & quick learner able to work under pressure & overtime).
  
• Able to handle full set I/E shipping & L/C banking documents independently.
• The working location is in Lai Chi Kok
• Immediately available is preferable
