Job Description
Responsibilities

Assist senior executives for meetings, conferences or communications as required, including the preparation of business correspondences, management reports, presentation materials, publication and speeches

Serve as secretary to various committees, and to organize meetings and draft agendas, minutes and associated documentation

Work closely with administration team to facilitate the smooth running of office operation

Participate in ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
-
Degree holder or above in Chinese, Economics, Finance or related discipline
-
At least 10 years of relevant experiences with proven track record in serving senior executives, gained from Chinese organization is definitely an advantage

Excellent organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills with business acumen

Outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills and able to communicate well with senior executives

Excellent command in spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin
