Responsibilities

• Assist senior executives for meetings, conferences or communications as required, including the preparation of business correspondences, management reports, presentation materials, publication and speeches
• Serve as secretary to various committees, and to organize meetings and draft agendas, minutes and associated documentation
• Work closely with administration team to facilitate the smooth running of office operation
• Participate in ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Degree holder or above in Chinese, Economics, Finance or related discipline
• At least 10 years of relevant experiences with proven track record in serving senior executives, gained from Chinese organization is definitely an advantage
• Excellent organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills with business acumen
• Outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills and able to communicate well with senior executives
• Excellent command in spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin
