Responsibilities:

• Perform full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to recruitment, monthly payroll, C&B, duties roster, employee relations etc;
• Organized EC Case, including case submission, follow up with insurer and labour dept.   
• Solid experience in recruitment activities, including job posting, selection & conduct interviews perferably in retail industry;
• Overview recruitment strategy, process & channels;
• Provide day-to-day HR & admin support, work closely with front line operations;
• Prepare and analyze various HR regular and management reports;
• Participate in ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned.

 Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree holder preferably in Human Resources or a related discipline;
• Minimum 3 years solid experience in retail or sizable company;
• Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, EC Compensation and other related legislation;
• Detail-minded, Initiative, Positive Attitude & able to work independently;
• Excellent communication skills, ability to identify character of staff;
• Proficiency in MS Word, Advanced Excel, Power Point & Chinese Processing;
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
