Responsibilities:

• Participate in daily operations, developing and maintaining of website and social media platforms
• Coordinate with various parties for updating of website’s content
• Collaborate with external vendors / production house to develop and deliver products and services in website
• Assist in planning and implementing the programs
• Assist in developing and maintaining strategic partnership with advocates and stakeholders of the programs
• Manage logistics for events and activities
• Provide administrative supports to the programs
• Carry out any ad hoc assignments

Requirements:  

• A recognized university degree in any discipline
• With 1 year's post-qualification working experience in youth life planning programme, event management or corporate communication is an advantage
• A good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Computer literacy in MS Words, Chinese Word Processing and Power Point etc.
• Good time management skill and meet tight deadline
• Self-motivated, mature and pleasant personality with effective communication skills
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
