Responsibilities:

• Processing status changes, tax changes, deductions, direct deposits, retroactive adjustments and special pays; calculating leave pay and maintain leave management system and making rectification if needed
• Responsible for full cycle processing of Hong Kong, Macau, and Australia payroll.
• Process complex payments including partial payments for new hires, transfers and terminations
• Resolve payroll related inquiries and response to employees in a timely manner
• Remain up to date on changing payroll regulations for the cities where we are located
• Prepare reports for various Departments and Executive Management on a regular and ad-hoc basis
• Continually research and analyze payroll data to arrive at valid conclusions, make recommendations, and drive plans of action
• Coordinate with HR on various projects and process improvement initiatives
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder with major in Human Resources Management or related discipline;
• Minimum of 6 years’ solid relevant experience in payroll administration, taxation and other C&B related in sizeable international organization;
• Familiar with Hong Kong and Macau Employment Ordinance and staff compensations & benefits;
• Good team player with commitment to quality and tight schedule, attention to details with good numerical and analytical skills;
• Hardworking, self-motivated, flexible and willing to work under pressure;
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese;
• Immediate availability is preferred.
