Responsibilities:

• Provide daily administrative and clerical support to the Leasing Department
• Process and handle documents and related administration work
• Coordinate with internal and external parties
• Manage internal databases and filing records
• Prepare regular report and maintain system
• Assist in other ad-hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Preferably Diploma holder or above in any disciplines
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant working experiences
• Proactive, able to work under tight schedule and positive thinking
• Good interpersonal and communication skills are essential
• Familiar with MS Office and proficiency in MS Words and Excel is a must
• Good in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in Chinese Typing
• Less experience would also be considered as Administration Assistant
• Immediate available is preferable
