We are currently seeking caliber candidates as a Executive Officer  for our partner which is a renowned and well established enterprise in Hong Kong with a global presence. 

Job Responsibilities

• Support the execution of Staff Intranet system;
• Preparation of webpage content, information and documents;
• Editing, proofreading and checking of webpage content and presentation;
• Support the conduct of User-acceptance-test;
• Manage the log records of files prepared, proofread and uploaded to the system;
• Manage the issues log and change requests during the User-acceptance-test and bug fix;
• Support the execution of communication plan and contingency plan for Staff Intranet system;
• Provide professional and administrative support in accreditation projects and quality assurance activities, such as vetting of applications for assessment and course submission; conducting audit visits; preparation of reports; organize workshops, conferences and events etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in any disciplines (Academic qualifications at QF level 5 under HKQF, preferably with academic background)
• Work experience in communications, business information system, client relationship and publicity management, website content maintenance is advantage;
• Good English language skills;
• At least 1 year of post-qualification full-time work experience.
• Immediately available is preferred
