Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and supervise the regional sales teams operation performance including new clients development, sales channels exploration and enforce the business result in the Greater China Region
  • Close follow the bidding, quotation, business contracts renewal and other approval workflow in a timely manner
  • Collect and analysis the sales figures to generate useful information for management review
  • Business transaction fee review, travel expense approval and control issue for the sales teams
  • Compile business / sales reports regularly for management review

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above
  • Minimum 4 years solid experience / audit control experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Mature, creative, able to work independently and effectively under pressure
  • Good writing skill in both English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing

 

 職責:

  • 分區域統籌營業行政管理工作;
  • 各地營業員每月目標實施督導;
  • 招標、報價、續約等審批工作;
  • 營業交際費、出差費的審批和控管 

 要求

  • 大學或以上學歷,4年以上相關商務團隊管理及行政經驗
  • 熟悉國內企業銷售團隊運作,推動及協調力強
  • 良好的數據分析能力和報告撰寫能力;
  • 良好的中英文聽說讀寫能力,普通話流利;
  • 責任心強,工作仔細,必要時能適應出差安排。
