Responsibilities:

• Daily backup at front desk reception
• Greeting and registering of clients and visitors
• Routine checking for the tidiness and stationery supplies at meeting rooms
• Assist for hotel and conference room booking
• Meeting room beverage setting arrangement
• Arrange for the purchase of ferry/ train tickets, car rental service
• Stationery, and IT accessories ordering
• Assist for the handling of daily internal & external courier and maintain records for future checking
• Take care of office posters

Requirements:

• Completed secondary education and preferable with 2 years office experience        
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• With basic computer skill and good telephone manner
• Able to work independently and self-motivated
• Having team spirit and ability to work under tight schedule
