Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the department, such as filing, data input and ad hoc projects
- Follow up with customer enquiries and repayment by telephone calls
Requirements:
- At least 1 years of experience in clerical / customer service
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good team player with strong customer focus
- Responsible with positive attitude, independent, reliable, proactive and assertive
