Responsibilities:

• Responsible for centre operation administration
  
• Coordinate and communicate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth centre operations
  
• Preparation of all centre operation related reports
• Assist in promotion and implement marketing activities (e.g. roadshow, seminars and workshops)
• Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• High Diploma or above
• At least 1 year administration experience
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel etc.)
• Pleasant, flexible and be a good team player
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledgeable in Hong Kong Education Section is preferred
