Reporting to Senior Manager at HA Head Office or Cluster General Manager (Human Resources), the Executive Officer II will lead one of the Teams in the Human Resources Division to oversee the day-to-day operations in one or more of the following HR functional areas and develop/ implement initiatives in line with the direction of the Cluster and the Hospital Authority:
- Manpower planning and staffing;
- Recruitment and appointment;
- Remuneration and benefits;
- HR systems, information and statistics
- Performance management
- Staff relations and communication
- Training and development
Requirements
1. A university degree or equivalent.
2. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
Preferred Attributes/Exposure
1. At least 2 years’ post-qualification working experience in human resources management.
2. Formal education in human resources management or related discipline.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
5. Good organizing skills and ability in leading a team of staff
6. Able to work independently, under pressure and take on multiple tasks.
Remarks
1. Employment will be on temporary terms up to 31 March 2019.
2. May be required to work in another work location to meet service needs of the HA.
