Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative supports;
  • Co-ordinate the meetings, prepare related meeting papers, reports and minutes;
  • Maintain proper filing & documentary systems;
  • Handle correspondences in a timely and professional manner with internal and external parties; and
  • Other ad-hoc assignments as and when required.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree holder with formal company secretarial training;
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in public-listed companies;
  • Proficiency in PC & MS Office applications; and
  • Good communication, organization and interpersonal skills;

 

(Candidate with less experience will also be considered.)
