Our client is a leading FMCG retailer and they are now seeking a high caliber to join their team.

Responsibilities

The incumbent will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process. He/She will work closely with line managers to identify hiring needs and design appropriate recruitment strategies to meet the operational needs. He/She will partner with line managers to provide advice in addressing people related issues. In addition, he/she will also assist in review HR policies & procedures, and participate in different projects to enhance the HR effectiveness.

Requirements

•  Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Management or a related discipline
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience and familiar with different recruitment channels
• A good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediate available is preferred
