Job Description
Job Duties:
- Receive and divert incoming calls
- Responsible for maintenance and cleaning of the office and pantry - clean and presentable at all times
- Monitoring of stock and regular refill of stationery and pantry supplies
- Provide assistance in general administrative and any other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 2 years relevant experience
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Excellent customer servicing attitude and professional telephone manner
- Willing to work overtime whenever necessary
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing is preferred
- Independent and responsible
- Hardworking and eager to learn
- Positive and self-motivated
- Immediately available is preferred

- 需外勤工作，如前往銀行入票
入職要求：
- 2年或以上相關工作經驗
- 良好粵語及基本英文
- 誠實守時、態度認真、主動勤奮及有責任感
- 居住港島東區或能即時上班或懂簡單電腦操作可優先考慮
