We need a network assistant to assist managers within our company.  The successful candidate will be responsible for general clerical work, filing, and processing claims for clients and patients.  You will also help on providing requested information to clients by meeting their requirements. We are looking for an organized and self-motivated candidate with Healthcare/Insurance/Medical experience to join us.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle claims & servicing issues including but not limited to documentation, liaison and negotiation with clients and service providers
• Obtain necessary information for processing claims and billings
• Answer clients’ and service providers’ enquiries via phone calls and/or emails, and handle complaints & servicing issues
• Work closely with managers to address any issues and to solve problems with clients and service providers
• Maintain customer satisfaction
• Perform any other ad hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements

• Diploma or above, candidates with professional insurance qualifications will be a plus
• Preferably 1-2 years’ experience in Medical Provider Group/General Insurance (Medical)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Network Administrator
