Sr. HR Supervisor

Degree or above, preferably in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
At least 5 years’ related working experiences in sizable organization, preferably in Property Management
Well versed in employment ordinances
Mature, good communication and interpersonal skills
Independent, details oriented and willing to work under pressure
Good in both written and spoken English and Fluent Mandarin
Good knowledge of PC operation

To be responsible for daily HR operations including recruitment, employees’ compensation, payroll administration and employee relations
To support all recruitment activities of the company and employment cycle including job advertisement posting, sourcing, offer and contract preparation
To liaise and maintain good relationship with all internal and external parties for HR related matters
To explore and deliver innovative sourcing strategies and solutions to meet operation needs
To prepare and update various regular HR reports
To maintain and update HR system
To assist in ad-hoc projects/assignments
