Job Description
Job Duties:
- Provide administrative support to managers
- Prepare proposals, business reports, correspondence and presentation materials
- Coordinate administrative works and communicate with internal and external parties
- Assist in ad-hoc projects and duties
Requirements:
- Diploma holder of any discipline
- Preferably with 1-2 years’ relevant experiences, fresh graduates may also be considered
- Competent PC skills in MS Office
- Well-organized, self-motivated, presentable and articulate
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
- Immediately available is preferred
