Job Description

We are looking for a staff to support one of our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide clerical support to professionals in the team;
  • Provide day-to-day secretarial support to team
  • Answer phone calls, type documents and arrange meeting schedules;
  • Organize property information & database, Prepare documents & reports ;
  • Handle other general secretarial and clerical duties.

Requirements:

  • 1 year solid experiences in secretarial role;
  • Good written/spoken English, Mandarin, Japanese would be an advantage;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill;
  • Mature, well organized, attention to details and willing to work under pressure
  • Team player with ability to work independently and with strong sense of responsibility
  • Good coordination skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Hands-on experience in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese input

We offer to successful candidates 10 day annual leave, 5.5 days work.

  • Secondary School

Required experience:

  • Admin / Secretarial: 1 year

Required languages:

  • Mandarin
  • English
  • Japanese (Not necessary but would be an advantage)

  • 中五或以上程度
  • 需熟悉Microsoft office, Excel, Word, Powerpoint
  • 良好中英文電腦操作
  • 良好廣東話,普通話,英語,懂日語會優先考慮
  • 積極盡責,守時,有責任感
  • 能獨立工作和承受工作壓力
  • 高效率及能同時兼顧不同項目,可以弓
  • 良好溝通技巧,有耐性與客戶溝通
  • 處事成熟、細心及具團隊合作精神
  • 工作積極主動者或有日本留學或工作經驗優先聘用
