Responsibilities:

• Handle the Managing Director’s personal matters
• Support a team of senior members
• Frequent business travel and prepare client meeting materials.
• Handle architect project administrative documents.
• Completed documentation, filing, scanning and photocopying.
• Manage team invoice and billing finance system

Requirements:

• Degree holder with formal secretarial training is preferred;
• Minimum 2 years secretarial experience in supporting senior management member, preferably from reputable company;
• Proficient in providing full range of secretarial work
• Exposure in architect and consultancy firm is advantage
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua;
• Computer literate with good PC skills in using MS Office applications and Chinese typing;
• Mature personality plus strong communication and people interaction skills;.
