Job Description
Our client, a sizable financial institution, is urgently seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to assist the CEO with his personal and business matters (i.e. business travel arrangements, scheduling meeting, preparation of business correspondences, etc.).
Qualifications -
* Degree holder or Diploma holder with formal secretarial training
* At least 10+ years of related secretarial experience gained from a banking environment
* Superb English and Chinese writing skills
* Solid commands of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
* Presentable, creative, assertive, and detail oriented
* Able to work under pressure
