Responsibilities:

• Provide brand, product and selling technique training to Beauty Advisor in accordance with brand service standard
• Formulate and execute training programs and tools including translations, materials preparations and presentation
• Conduct regular in-store coaching to ensure the training effectiveness
• Coordinate and monitor Customer Satisfaction program, analyze the report and propose improvement plans
• Support the operations of Learning Management System
• Work closely with Retail team to improve customer experience and store KPIs
• Assist in training operations and administrative works

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above,
• At least 3 years hands-on field coaching and classroom training in beauty industry
• With experience in beauty frontline would be an advantage
• Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese
• Passion in beauty and retail, proactive, resourceful and self-motivated, good team player with excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills with commitment to quality
• Result-oriented and detail-minded problem solver
• Proficient in MS office applications, particularly in PowerPoint, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• More experience will be considered to be Senior Field Trainer/Field Training Supervisor
