Responsibility:

• Assist Senior Management for the personal matters and schedules confidentially and effectively;
• Provide secretarial and personal support to senior management and their family;
• Responsible for appointment and travel arrangement, calendar monitoring and maintenance;
• Attend business meetings/dinners/events with senior management and maintain good relationship with business partners;
• Arrange and coordinate business issue with internal and external parties;
• Handle Ad-hoc assignment as assigned.

Requirement:

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting & Business Administration or other related disciplines;
• Minimum 3 years experience in Personal Assistant field in serving senior executives;
• Mature, Independent, good time management, flexible and able to work in a fast paced working environment and under pressure;
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills;
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Good command of Putonghua. IELTS with Score 7 or above is highly preferred;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing;
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
