Job Duties:

• Handle all rounded HR generalist support for HK and Asia offices
• Manage End to end recruitment process include posting job advertisement, conducting interviews & preparing offers
• Perform compensation & benefits operations, payroll administration and benefit management
• Review the company policies and procedures
• Participate in annual review exercise
• Prepare regular HR reports and assist in ad hoc company projects

Job Requirement:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• With at least 5 years of HR generalist support experience gained from multinational companies
• Stable, motivated and an efficient team player
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office and Familiar with HRIS Systems
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Chinese
