Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the HR Team on daily administration, including but not limited to data entry, filing, maintain personnel files to make sure that the staff records are up-to-date
  • Manage joining and leaving staff logistics.  This will involve internal notification of staff movement, arranging new staff induction program and final payment calculation for leaving staff
  • Provide administrative support for the management team. This will involve booking meetings which may also require liaison with staff in other offices and making travel arrangements
  • Assist in visa application and renewal for foreign employees
  • Assist in handling various registrations with the regulatory bodies
  • Co-ordination and facilitation of recruitment process.  This will involve logging of CVs and arranging interviews
  • Assist in co-ordinating and organising ad hoc projects, assignments and company events

 Requirements:

  • At least one year's experience of working in an HR administrative role in an international environment
  • Strong relationship skills, communicates clearly, is highly organised, likes structure but also enjoys taking initiatives
  • Able to plan, prioritise, respond and adapt proactively to changing deadlines and demands
  • Accurate and a strong eye for detail
  • Able to work as part of a team and on own initiative
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Cantonese) – articulate and able to communicate effectively with all levels face to face, over the phone or via email correspondence
  • Strong IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ability to operate with minimal supervision a new IT tool or system  (such as a HR System) after training
