Report to the Senior Manager, Customer Service, this role exists to handle the Customer Service project for Customer Fulfillment and provide operational supports.

Responsibilities 

• Manage the due diligence review, including policy review and determine follow-up actions according to guidelines
• Support the project including due diligence review exercise within target turnaround time
• Update system with the due diligence result
• Handle or escalate customer / business partner enquiries to manager
• Record transaction and report on the progress regularly
• Others ad hoc operations support

Required Qualification

• Diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in Excel especially in Vlookup and Pivot Table
• Proficient in Visio
• Good writing skills in English and Chinese
• Good in English speaking
• Good communication skills
• Good logical and analytical skills
• Detail-oriented mindset
• Fresh Graduate will be considered
