Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide secretarial & administrative support to top management
- To be a single point of contact to answering calls, maintain schedules, minutes preparation, travel arrangements, meeting coordination and project follow up
- Work closely & coordinate with different departments as and when required
- Prepare documents, reports,
- Prepare presentation materials by word / excel / powerpoint / PDD
Requirements
- Diploma holder with formal secretarial training is preferred
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience from sizable MNC
- Excellent communication skills in English. Good command of Cantonese & Mandarin
- Strong time management skills, detail-minded, well organized, proactive & willing to learn
- Able to prioritize, multi tasking & work under tight schedule
- Proficient in both PC & Mac system
