The ideal candidate would be responsible for the following:

• Provide HR services in various aspects, such as but not limited to compensation & benefits, payroll administration, recruitment support and visa administration for employees from foreign countries
• Handle payroll administration for Hong Kong and may have the opportunity to be involved in payroll verification for other Asia locations
• Generate / prepare regular reports and organization charts for Asia and Corporate as requested
• Prepare and provide periodical survey data to government sector and participate in market benchmark reports
• Maintain data integrity of the HRIS system and liaise with India and France for changes
• Assist reviewing and implementing HR policies and practices
• Maintain an efficient and up-to-date HR filing system
• Assist in other ad hoc HR and office administration projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or University graduate in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• About 3 years of solid experience as HR generalist
• Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, practical experience in regional support is highly preferred
• Exposure on Oracle Fusion HRIS system will be an added advantage
• Able to work independently with good initiatives and systematic thinking
• Strong sense of commitment, teamwork spirit and responsibility
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Good PC skill is essential
• Immediate available preferred
