Duties

• Greet guests and visitors at reception
• Handle travel arrangements for staffs and guests (air ticket, hotel etc.)
• Handle incoming telephone calls
• Manage stationery and office accessories
• Arrange mails and courier services
• Coordinate with office assistant
• Provide general administrative support to Administration & HR Department
• Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Form 7 (or equivalent) or above
• Good interpersonal skill and cheerful personality
• Good Putonghua is a plus, good oral communication skill in English, Putonghua, and Cantonese.
• Basic word processing and spreadsheet skills. Chinese and English typing input.
• Good Putonghua is a plus.
