Job Description

General duties:

  • Handle fillings and correspondence with the relevant regulatory and statutory authorities
  • Assist prepare secretarial documents
  • Handle daily office administrative work
  • Handle and support ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

  • Well organised
  • Self-motivated, work independent
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Experience in professional firm will be an advantage
  • Immediately available is preferred
