Job Description
Job Descriptions:
- Responsible for customer's enquiries, prepare quotations, logistics & co-ordination of Sales Events.
- Provide general administrative & Clerical support to Sales & Management.
- Handle office administration matters such as reception, business letters, emails correspondence, expenses claim, stationery, procurement, document filing and courier services etc.
- Assist all documents/letter preparation for Management.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Management.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or above with 2 - 3 years experiences in office clerical/relevant works experience.
- Good interpersonal skill, written English & PC skills required.
- Clear mind, well-organized, Hard working, flexibility and multi-tasking abilities.
- Positive attitude and willing to learn.
- Good attitude, independent and flexible to work.
- Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese, Mandarin.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
