Job Description

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • To coordinate corporate training events
  • To design training programs
  • To deliver and facilitate training programs
  • To evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
  • To develop training tools and program contents

 

Requirements

  • Tertiary education
  • Good interpersonal skills and result-oriented
  • Strong presentation and communication skill
  • Good team player
  • Independent and be able to work under pressure
  • Excellent writing skill in English and Chinese
  • Fluency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin is essential
  • Proficient in PC Window applications (including MS office and Outlook), PDF and Chinese inputting method
  • Having experience in coordinating training functions is preferred
  • On duty at weekend is required

Applicants with less experience will be considered as Training Officer.
