Responsibilities:

• Perform full spectrum of HR & Admin functions including end-to-end cycle of recruitment, employee relations and office administration
• Maintain and update  HR system, staff files and records in a timely manner
• Assist in formulating and implementing policies, guideline and procedures in HR & general office administration
• Work closely with user departments for manpower deployment and employment formalities
• Assist in staff and community service activities
• Participate in ad-hoc assignments as and when required

Requirements:

• Degree / Higher Diploma holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• Minimum of 1 year relevant experience perferred
  
• Proficiency in computer applications
• Well-organized, self-motivated and able to work independently
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Fresh graduate will also be considered as Personnel & Administration Assistant
