Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the full-set order management processes including but not limited to coordinate pre-sales and pro-sales activities;
- Ensure and verified orders being handled within proper timelines
- Administer and update the orders and pricing to the system
- Generating sales related order processing reports timely
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure the orders are processed accurately
Requirements:
- Tertiary education and above in Business Studies or relative disciplines
- At least 2 years relevant experience in order processing, sales administration related background
- Good interpersonal & communication skills, excellent in handling and follow up on details, take initiative and work hard to meet timeline, self-motivated, independent & responsible
- Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese
- Immediate available is preferred
