Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handle payroll calculation, MPF administration and employee benefits matters according to Employment Ordinance and other HR related requirements;
- Maintenance of timely clients’ payroll data to the highest levels of accuracy;
- Prepare periodical reports to meet clients’ needs;
- Assist with ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
- Degree holder in Accounting/Finance/Human Resource Management or relevant disciplines;
- Minimum 3 years of HR working experience with solid and hands on payroll and benefits administration;
- Well-versed in Employment Ordinance, Employees’ Compensation Ordinance, MPF and other HR related statutory regulations;
- Good command of oral & written English;
- Good communication, interpersonal skills, ability to work in team as well as individually, work well under pressure
