Job Description

Responsibilities

 

  • Handle and follow up maintenance orders
  • As a first point for collecting repairing requests and answering repairing enquiries from customers
  • Arrange the technicians's daily work schedule, ensure all repairing service are delivered on time
  • Maintain and update records (e.g. customers' maintenance record, job completion report, repairing service order sheet, etc)
  • Provide clerical support to daily operatons of Logistics and Servicing Maintenance Department
  • Coordinate and communicate with other internal parties e.g. Logistics team, CS team, Accounting teams on repairing orders processing
  • Assist in receptionist duties

 

Requirements                                                                                                     

  

  • F.5 or above with min. 1 year working experience
  • With experience on handling CS hotline or call centre will be an advantageous
  • Good customer service skill and telephone manner
  • Service-oriented with good communication skill
  • Well-organized, able to work independently
  • Familiar with MS Office
  • Basic command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin 
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
