Reporting to the MIS Manager, you will be responsible for handling general enquiries from branches and providing support to Branch Management Department.

Responsibilities: 

·         Answer general enquiries from branches

·         Prepare various reports for management information including business report, result tracking report, investment compliance related, and branch headcount

·         Assist MIS Manager in setting business targets and incentive scheme

·         Maintain branch staff registration record of investment and insurance

·         Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to the team

·         Calculate incentives for frontline staff based on existing schemes and compile relevant incentive reports

·         Provide ad hoc tasks on performance management

To meet the challenge, you should have the following qualifications and attributes:

·         Post secondary education with 1-3 years of solid banking experience

·         Self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills

·         Good team player, proactive and eager to learn

·         Computer literate. Proficient in MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint

·         Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
