Job Description
The Regional HR Manager is a key enabling role to drive culture change, employee engagement, performance management, organizational transformation as well as processes and employee best-practice.
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder with minimum 10 years generalist HR experience gained from MNC;
- Proactive, pleasant & detail-minded;
- Well-versed in the HK Employment Ordinance and HR related legislations;
- Excellent interpersonal, problem solving and multi-tasking skills;
- Ability to think strategically and participate in business planning;
- Experience in a Regional role is definitely an advantage.
Job Responsibilities:

Overall responsible for all HR activities in the region and ensure its HR services are in alignment with the organisation goals;

Establish, implement and update Human Resource management policy ensuring that they are in line globally and consistently, whilst meeting local requirement;

Ensure HR system and all staffs’ personnel files are updated and maintained in time, ensure the HR system to be maintained and updated at a timely and efficient manner;

Plan and develop the talent and succession planning pipeline;
- Perform total rewards market competition and employee benefits analysis on a regular basis, sharing with management and reviewing Santa Fe’s competitive advantage;
- Responsible for ensuring all required reports to the head office are submitted in a timely manner;
- Manages and resolves employee relation issues and conducts effective, thorough and objective investigation
- Plan, deliver, and monitor effectiveness of training and development programs and follow-up to ensure training and development objectives are met;
- Work in partnership with the management to drive employee engagement, utilizing annual feedback and data from the global Great Place to Work survey;
- Maintenance of the Pulse HR System;

Drive and support organization development activities and initiatives, including global culture change and transformation programmes;

Responsible for payroll and/or payroll outsourcing matters for the region;

Attend to any duty and assume responsibility as directed as and when required by management.
