Job Description

Reporting to Assistant Development Manager, the incumbent will provide support to Special Events team for fundraising events.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Assist in handling material preparation for Moonwalkers.
  • Assist in preparing logistics arrangement for Moonwalkers and Raffle charity booth sales.
  • Provide daily administrative support for team fundraising events.
  • Work as Project Coordinator for Moonwalkers on-site and post event work.
  • Handling order for both X’mas and CNY cookies sales / Raffle.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

CONTRACT PERIOD

  • October 16, 2017 to December 15, 2017 (2-month)

REQUIREMENTS

  • Preferably university graduate
  • Experience in project / event management, sales and marketing or related field preferred
  • Proactive and responsible
  • Ability to coordinate with different levels of people
  • Cheerful, outgoing and positive
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented
  • Hardworking and able to work under pressure
  • Proficient in Chinese and English
  • Hands-on PC skills in MS Word and Excel
