Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance in HR matters including staff recruitment, compensation & benefits and staff relations
- Assist in staff relocation matters
- Liaise with landlords/property agents on matters relating to staff quarters
- Ensure compliance with employment and related legislations
- Assist in handling monthly payroll for part-time staff and CCA instructors
- Handle matters relating to staff medical & dental Insurance
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline
- 2-3 years' working experience in human resources, prior experience in handling payroll is preferred
- Good command of written and spoken English and/or Chinese (Putonghua)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Well versed with Microsoft Office
