Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance in HR matters including staff recruitment, compensation & benefits and staff relations
• Assist in staff relocation matters
• Liaise with landlords/property agents on matters relating to staff quarters
• Ensure compliance with employment and related legislations
• Assist in handling monthly payroll for part-time staff and CCA instructors
• Handle matters relating to staff medical & dental Insurance

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline
• 2-3 years' working experience in human resources, prior experience in handling payroll is preferred
• Good command of written and spoken English and/or Chinese (Putonghua)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Well versed with Microsoft Office
