We are looking for a contract Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong manufacturing, engineering and R&D recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting strong candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees to support our rapid growth.

The appointee will collaborate with Business Unit Heads and Department Managers on a regular basis and proactively identify current and future hiring needs to grow a strong talent pipeline. S/He should be experienced in sourcing and attracting candidates using various channels, like social media, referrals and collaboration with educational institutes. Tenure of employment will initially be one year, renewable upon mutual consent.

Responsibilities:

n   Formulate and implement overall recruiting strategy

n   Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications

n   Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs through cost-effective recruitment channels

n   Source candidates proactively

n   Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/ methods to filter candidates within schedule

n   Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, experience and aptitudes; and leadership capability for leadership roles

n   Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated

n   Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices

n   Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team

n   Occasional travel to Pearl River Delta will be required

Requirements:

n   Degree holder in Business Management or HR Management

n   Proven work experience (either in-house or agency recruitment) in manufacturing or engineering organization

n   Hands on experience with comprehensive selection processes

n   Knowledgeable about technical and engineering talent markets in Hong Kong and the Pearl River Delta.

n   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
