Job Description:
- Manage full spectrum of office administration works, such as office supplies procurement and control, equipment maintenance, workplace safety etc.
- Handle full spectrum of human resources functions including recruitment and screening, interview and checking, compensation and benefits, rental reimbursement claim, medical claim, employee relation etc.
- Assist in marketing and sales of company’s product
- Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to Directors
Requirements:
- Tertiary education, Business Administration / Marketing or related disciplines;
- 5 years of solid all rounded office management experience; experience in marketing would be an advantage
- Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF scheme ordinance and relevant legislations
- Good command of written & spoken English & Chinese; Mandarin is a must
- Experience in electronics field is preferred
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Immediate availability is preferable
- Small amount of travelling may be required
