Job Description

Job Description: 

  • Manage full spectrum of office administration works, such as office supplies procurement and control, equipment maintenance, workplace safety etc.
  • Handle full spectrum of human resources functions including recruitment and screening, interview and checking, compensation and benefits, rental reimbursement claim, medical claim, employee relation etc.
  • Assist in marketing and sales of company’s product
  • Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to Directors

 

Requirements:     

  • Tertiary education, Business Administration / Marketing or related disciplines;
  • 5 years of solid all rounded office management experience; experience in marketing would be an advantage
  • Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF scheme ordinance and relevant legislations
  • Good command of written & spoken English & Chinese; Mandarin is a must
  • Experience in electronics field is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Immediate availability is preferable
  • Small amount of travelling may be required
