Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist to archive internal documents and maintain proper documentation.
- Provide administrative support to internal departments.
- Working hours: Flexible 3-4 days per week (Mondays - Fridays, 9:00 - 18:00)
Requirements:
- Diploma holder or above in Business Administration, Accountancy or relevant disciplines.
- At least 2 years’ of administration experience in commercial field; candidate with banking operations or internal audit background will be an extra bonus.
- Proficient with PC applications including MS Word, MS Excel & Chinese Word Processing.
- Detail-minded, responsible and well-organized.
- Immediately available would be a definite advantage.
