Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist to archive internal documents and maintain proper documentation.
  • Provide administrative support to internal departments.
  • Working hours: Flexible 3-4 days per week (Mondays - Fridays, 9:00 - 18:00)

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above in Business Administration, Accountancy or relevant disciplines.
  • At least 2 years’ of administration experience in commercial field; candidate with banking operations or internal audit background will be an extra bonus.
  • Proficient with PC applications including MS Word, MS Excel & Chinese Word Processing.
  • Detail-minded, responsible and well-organized.
  • Immediately available would be a definite advantage.
