Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Report to the Functional Head based in Head Office
- Provide full range of administrative support including office renovation (if needed), procurement, facilities management and equipment maintenance, etc in HK office with the operation size around 30 paxs.
- Ensure daily HR operations and generalist functions are executed, including recruitment, handling payroll, MPF, insurance, maintaining personnel record, etc
- Work visa application and renewal for expats
- Liaise with head office IT department and external vendors
- Maintain filing system and confidential information
- Organise staff activities (Birthday, Christmas, farewell, etc.)
- Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience , preferred in Multi –national company
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command in spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Proficient PC Knowledge in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Pro-active, mature, well-organised and an excellent team player
