Responsibilities:

• Perform all-round receptionist duties including greeting visitors, handling incoming calls and enquiries
• Manage daily incoming & outgoing mails and courier services
• Provide full range of administrative support including office relocation, renovation, procurement, facilities management and equipment maintenance, insurance/ license renewal, fixing asset management etc.
• Responsible for meeting coordination, making travel, accommodation and logistics arrangement
• Responsible for general clerical work such as data entry and preparing documents
• Provide general administrative support to all department
• Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• 1-2 years administrative experience
• Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Proactive, detail-minded and organized
• Positive working attitude, good team player
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
