Job Description

Job duties:

  • Administrative, strategic and management support for organizational corporate developments, and risk management
  • Collection, compilation and analysis of statistical data
  • Drafting and review of proposals, reports and guidelines
  • Communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders
  • Committee works
  • Secretariat support to Executives
  • Other office administrative work, e.g. managing filing systems and databases
  • Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or equivalent
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, Putonghua will be an advantage
  • Proficiency in computer skills including MS Office, Word, Excel, Power Point etc.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill, independent, well organized and self-motivated with team spirit
  • At least 2 years relevant experience, experience in NGO is preferred
