Major Roles & Responsibilities:
- Organize teaching, clinical, and administrative activities;
- Participate in research related activities;
- Ensure smooth daily operations of the office;
- Manage project budget, management, and filing;
- Liaise with external organizations for different projects;
- Prepare documentations and reports for different projects;
- Schedule meetings and provide secretarial support to the directors.
Requirements:
- Posses a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Journalism, English or equivalent, with at least three year’s work experience;
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills;
- Have the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently to meet strict deadlines with minimal supervision;
- Attention to details, and ability to work in a team;
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Proficiency in PC application, MS Office and Chinese Word Processing;
- Willing to work shifts if necessary, including weekday evenings and Saturdays.
