Major Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Organize teaching, clinical, and administrative activities;
  2. Participate in research related activities;
  3. Ensure smooth daily operations of the office;
  4. Manage project budget, management, and filing;
  5. Liaise with external organizations for different projects;
  6. Prepare documentations and reports for different projects;
  7. Schedule meetings and provide secretarial support to the directors.

 

Requirements:      

  • Posses a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Journalism, English or equivalent, with at least three year’s work experience;  
  • Good organizational and interpersonal skills;
  • Have the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently to meet strict deadlines with minimal supervision;
  • Attention to details, and ability to work in a team;
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
  • Proficiency in PC application, MS Office and Chinese Word Processing;
  • Willing to work shifts if necessary, including weekday evenings and Saturdays.
