Responsibilities:   

• Provide clerical support to the Operations team on daily order processing and delivery arrangement
• Handle day-to-day online orders, fulfillment and parcel operations
• Ensure quality and accurate deliveries in accordance with SOP
• Ensure customer queries and feedback are quickly and effectively resolved in an effective and tactful manner by written communication
• Liaise and co-ordinate with operation team and external parties for customer's request
• Take on ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• DSE graduate with one-year of working experience or above
• Experience in E-Commerce logistics is an advantage
• Good communication skills in English, Chinese and Mandarin. Knowledge in Japanese is a plus
  
• Proficiency in MS Offices and knowledge in Excel
• Willingness to learn new subjects from time to time
• Able to code with fast-pace environment, initiative and work independently
• Immediate available will be an advantage
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as E-Commerce Logistics Executive
