Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide administration support to Quality Team
Handle travel itinerary, air tickets and hotel reservations as requested
Coordinate and follow up with both internal and external parties on day to day business operations
Handle daily and monthly business reports;
Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Diploma or above in business administration or related disciplines
2-3 years of experience in administration field
Proficient in MS Office application (Strong in Excel & PowerPoint)
Fluency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
