Head of HR & Administration- Private Banking/ Wealth Management

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent professional qualifications
• At least 5 years' relevant Human Resource experience in banking field.
• Detail minded with good presentation and communication skills
• Good MS PC Skills
• Proficiency in English and Cantonese
• Management experience is not required

Responsibilities:

• Perform full spectrum of HR tasks such as administration, MPF administration or others
• Perform payments and compute monthly expense reports and supporting documentation
• Handle administrative tasks including purchase of stationary and office supplies, maintenance and purchase of office equipment and facilities
• Source, monitor and review vendor services and contracts
